All he wanted was $5 k upfront, since he was just starting out out and didn't have the money to do the research on a contingency basis as he stated in our contract. I did all the leg work and the night that my husband was having his knee replaced during one of the worst blizzards in 20 yrs Mr Reichstadt drove to Plano to have me sign papers stating he couldn't help me and no I wasn't getting my $5k back. Sonds like a politician to me! BTW, still have damaged nerves and going in for another surgery....Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30340112.post-49954238367790715022007-10-17T02:05:00.000-05:002007-10-17T02:05:00.000-05:00I grew up in the boy scout troop which Emil has be...I grew up in the boy scout troop which Emil has been involved with for many years. He was one of the kindest authority figures within the troop and the man has my deepest personal respect, helping me get through some hard times in my teenage years.

I don't know if he will win but I am sure that if he does it won't be a fluke or a mistake, and he will do his best to do a good job.

K. By the time I met him he had changed his mind and decided to run for State Representative for the 108th District, where he lives. Even though this is far from Grand Prairie, he kept his appointment with us and showed up anyway to tell us about his change of plans. It wasn't even politically necessary, although it was courteous to a group of people who couldn't actually vote for him. Perhaps he may get a few volunteers or a good word out of this, and I hope Democrats all over Dallas county recognize him as a man who keeps his word and pitch in as they can to help him win this seat for all of us.

Harvey Jackson, President of the Grand Prairie Democrats
hsj438@earthlink.netAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
