EPA vs. Texas

Texas and the Environmental Protecion Agency are butting heads over a new executive order giving the EPA the sole authority to permit any new or expanded industrial development starting last Sunday. Texas, it seems, is the only state, so far to refuse to allow a federal takeover of its lax pollution standards.
