What Did Texas Progressive Alliance Bloggers Write About Last Week?

On any given Monday we in the Texas Progressive Alliance have a little tradition. It's called the Texas Progressive Alliance Blog Round-Up. This week's round-up was complied, as is usually the case, by Vince from Capitol Annex. Don't you think that deserves a round of applause?
