GM and Segway Team Up for Green Car

As seen this evening on Keith Olbermann’s “Countdown,” General Motors and Segway, the maker of that miraculous pedestrian transport, the Segway, have teamed up to produce an experimental prototype of a green electric two-seater vehicle (none could actually call it a car) that can attain a face-ripping 35 mph and go on one charge for a phenomenal 35 miles.

In Olbermann’s own words. If this is what GM is thinking about for its future products, “we . . . are . . . screwed.”

I could go out a buy a battery operated go-cart.

Not hard to see why that bankruptcy is their only option.
