Joe Wilson (R - Redneck) Is No Gentleman

As a follow-on of the Angst of August where Democratic legislators were shouted down and Republican legislators led very carefully filtered, crafted, and controlled town hall meetings, President Obama got just a small taste of the new Republicanism. A new Republicanism that seems to define itself in terms of disrespect, lack of decorum, and downright demagoguery.

In this we had the performance of one Congressman Joe Wilson (R – SC - 2) who stood hidden in a crowd of fluffy white men in tonight’s congressional joint session and shouted out “You lie!” to the President of the United States as he denied the false Republican claims that undocumented aliens would be included in any healthcare reform plan that is passed by congress.

The congressman, in short, is no gentleman. Senator John McCain, Obama’s erstwhile foe, has called upon Wilson to apologize for his impolitic, and very impolite, outburst in this evening’s presidential address.

What to do with Joe Wilson?

One thing that you can’t do right now at this hour is log on to his congressional website. It is being inundated right now by internet users across the country. The page simply won’t load.

So when you can, please log on to Wilson’s website, here at http://www.joewilson.house.gov/. Get the contact information and let Wilson know just what you think of his manners.

My guess is that the 2nd congressional district of South Carolina is alive right now with rebel yells. It is only that kind of place where those of his ilk are allowed to serve in places populated by his betters.

Yes, I agree. President Obama hit it clear out the ballpark!!!!

In fact President Obama's speech was so effective that in an effort to undermine its effectiveness, ole Joe Wilson had a diabolical outburst. Joe went "crazy” with envy, jealously, and hate; the only way he could cope with his feelings of inferiority and inadequacies that a Black man could be so brilliantly eloquent, ole Joe had to rely upon his on his racist instincts and antics to disrespect and be ugly to anyone not White as a means to elevate himself over Obama in Joe’s and his ilk's way of thinking.

The nasty, hateful anger in the form of ultimate disrespect from Joe Wilson directed overtly, jeeringly, rudely, and crudely toward President Obama is one that he has obviously displayed previously in other venues toward Blacks throughout his good ole boy southern upbringing to be nasty, disrespectful, and mean to Black Folks, and in particular intelligent, smart Black folks, in an effort to try and keep them in their places by reminding them that to be White is to be superior and to be Black is to be inferior in Joe’s world of thinking. So President "Boy" Obama, let me remind you who you are and who I am in front of the American people and the entire world-----I will disrespect you! I will not honor you as my President and I want any and everyone who’s viewing throughout the world to know how I think nothing of you as my President-----"You Lie!"

The south prides itself on good manners, but, conversely, not always displayed toward Black Folks. If you Google Joe Wilson, it seems that Joe has a history of angry, unmanageable, outbursts and disrespect for Black folks.
In other words, Joe ain’t nothing nice. And he intended to do just what he did; it was not an accident by any means.

I hope he loses his opportunity to become re-elected. He does not represent a well educated, gentleman whether representing a southern or northern state. Joe Wilson is lowdown and what he did was lowdown.
